Precision tubing (cold processing)

(1) Welded drawn tubing (semi-seamless tubing)　

Cold drawn from (straight or coiled) welded pipe. A wide variety of standard sizes are available.

(2) Seamless tubing

Cold drawing is made from hollowed element round bar (as processed by hot extrusion). Because there are no welded parts, the reliability is very high, and it is mainly used for heat transfer applications in boilers and heat exchangers.

(3) Welded tubing

Weld processed from base material (slit coil) of high dimensional accuracy. A wide variety of standard sizes are available.

(4) Precision rolled tubing

Drawn by pressure roll, from cold-pressed pipe, welded pipe or seamless pipe. We provide integrated production services from die-making, prototype production, and mass production according to customer specifications. Very thin wall tubing is possible from welded drawn tubing.
